I chose a career in UX because it combines my fascination for behavioural psychology and creative problem-solving. I particularly enjoy qualitative research such as observing and listening to others, so I can further understand their problems and help strategize solutions!

My volunteer work - both digital and non digital! I used to host a supper club to raise money for mental health charities Papyrus and Child Bereavement UK. When that was no longer possible during lockdown, I helped with the first stage website design for a food delivery start-up that helps deliver groceries to those self isolating. (The common theme is always food)
A calathea plant because they (also) originate from Colombia. Theyâre called âprayer plantsâ because they have nocturnal movements - their leaves fold upwards at night and then are lowered during daylight, which feels similar to my day/night energy levels.
